BC4 reports commercial on the first floor with residential on 2, 3, and 4; and a fire on the third floor.

Water on the fire by 10:36 pm.

two lines on the fire, holding the roof, primary search started by 10:43 pm.

Primary and secondary search complete by TL5 crew on the third floor (fire floor).

Primary and secondary search complete and negative on 1 & 2 floors by 10:51 pm.

Primary and secondary search on third floor and attic are complete and negative by 10:58 pm.

BC4 reports the fire was confined to one unit on the third floor with water damage on the floor below.

Human Services called for displaced residents.
