BC1 reports an 8-story mixed occupancy with residential occupancy on floors 2-8. BC1 requests an EMS Plan 1. Initially four people complaining of headaches.

Companies ventilating. Initial investigation shows that a hot water heater was venting into the open atmosphere. Companies using a fan.  Readings are coming down significantly by 9:07 pm.

2-2-1 reports a total of 7 EMS transports.

Building department requested to inspect 22 East 11th St at the Lillian Dion Salon.
