UPDATE: Witness reports possible police sting operation with a shot fired by police at black Chevrolet Impala that attempted to run over police officer (not confirmed). Suspect possibly fled to Winslowe Drive address, where a patient was transported to Northwest Community Hospital with a gunshot wound to near the knee.
