Dashcam/Bodycam Video From Fatal Police Shooting of Bolingbrook resident and auto theft suspect Paul O'Neal in Chicago on Merrill Avenue [Independent Police Review Authority's (IPRA) Vimeo site videos released Friday August 5, 2016].

Report of a person shot in car chase and foot pursuit on Merrill Ave.

Suspect spotted at about 7:34 PM (Dashcam bad clock 7:23:27 PM).

Oncoming Jaguar by spotted by police squad that was hit about 7:34 PM CDT (00:34:21Z) (Dashcam bad clock 7:23:52 PM).

Head-on crash involving stolen Jaguar and police SUV at about 7:23:56 (bad clock dashcam) and 00:35:08Z BodyCam (Zulu or UTC time 5 hours ahead of CDT on bodycam but bodycam and dashcam are mismatched about 12 minutes).

Police fire at Jaguar as it passes police road block. Police continue to fire and Jaguar hits a second CPD SUV head-on.

Suspect flees vehicle and is pursued by police on foot.

Four shots are heard on body cam recording during foot pursuit in backyard. First shots fired during foot pursuit possibly about 7:35:28 PM (Body cam 2016-07-29 T00:35:28Z) .

Suspect in custody and police request dispatch "roll the ambulance" at 7:36 pm. BodyCam Date/Time stamp is 2016-07-29 T00:36:46Z.

Suspect wearing a backpack with a screwdriver inside found prone and unresponsive with a gunshot wound in back at rear of residential property.

Police check whether CPD officers have been hit by gunfire.

At least one police officer injured with a leg injury -- possibly from crash.

CFD E126 on scene about 7:41 p.m. (indicates body camera is probably accurate time).

A38 reports a total of two injured police officers about 7:50 p.m.

FC458 reports about 7:52 pm that A70? transporting GSW victim to Northwestern.

FC458 reports about 7:52 pm, two police officers transported Basic Life Support in A38.

Third ambulance requested for another offender about 7:52 p.m. -- A55 assigned to 74th St and Merrill Ave. A50 becomes available from South Shore Hospital and takes over assignment by about 7:53 pm.
