Report of an injured construction worker on scaffolding near Wrigley Field at the northwest corner of Addison and Sheffield. Construction crews are building the base for the American Airlines 1914 Club behind home plate. A large excavation hole exists today where the section of seats would be behind home plate.

BC12 reports that a construction worker fell off some scaffolding and E55 crews are in the process of removing the construction worker at 12:00 noon.

BC12 reports the patient has been removed from the scaffolding and is being transferred to A3 at 12:16 p.m.

Report of a car crash into a fitness center building.

Caller reports an elderly couple is inside the vehicle, and police first on scene report no entrapment.

E4 crew on arrival confirms a car into the building by 11:08 a.m.

Paramedics checking on a male senior and female senior that were in the vehicle.

No transport.

Firefighters used a Hurst cutter tool remove the retail front window frame.

Hillside Towing removed the vehicle from the building.

No injuries inside the fitness center.

BC51 reports an odor of electrical burning at about 12:55 p.m.

Personnel at the building tell firefighters to go to the loading dock. Lake Forest E422 assigned to the west loading dock.

Comprehending either a fire in the kitchen or a mechanical room.
