Female, age 87, transported to Lutheran General Hospital and transferred to Loyola University Medical Center Burn Unit, where she died at 8:38 p.m. Friday.

Victim suffered first- to third-degree burns to 70 percent of her body.

Witness(es) report the driver of an SUV attempted to pass a semi-trailer truck near Plaza 43 on the interchange from NB I-294 to WB I-80. After passing the truck on the right, the SUV hit a Tollway Plaza 43 wall and hit a different truck.

Female passenger in SUV was killed. Driver of the SUV was injured. No other injuries reported.

KEY SUMMARY:  Female, age 7 months, and female, age 2, found dead in the basement. Three citizens injured; one firefighter injured.

Two girls found dead identified as, Ziya Grace, 7-month-old, and Jamaii Grace, 2-year-old.

Boy, age 6, rescued and transported Code Red to Comer Children's Hospital where he was listed in Critical Condition.

Simultaneous fire attack with search and rescue.

Preliminary investigation indicates source of fire may have been a stove that was being used to heat the residence.

BC19 requests paramedics to the front of the building by 10:36 p.m.

BC19 reports a 2-story Greystone, 25x50 with a fire in the basement.

E84 assigned to take hydrant and "hit the alley" by 10:37 p.m.

BC19 reports primary search underway with victims pulled out already by 10:39 p.m.

BC19 reports 3 lines on the fire -- one to the basement, one to the first floor, and one to the second floor by 10:39 p.m.

BC19 reports no exposure on the D Side, potential exposure on the B-Side with main aerial to the roof, ground ladder on Side A and a ground ladder on Side C with everybody working by 10:40 p.m.

BC19 reports it appears the main body of fire in the basement has burned through the floor -- checking for extension by 10:43 p.m.

Two victims out and two victims found on the primary search by 10:48 p.m.
