E19 crew shortly after arrival reports a fire in the laundry room.
BC2 reports a 25-story residential high-rise, 100x100, one line on the fire, recalling the elevators, and making announcements by 6:49 p.m.
BC2 reports smoke is apparently only on the first floor -- not the upper floors.
BC2 reports fire is out, no smoke on upper floors, and no victims by 6:53 p.m.
Woman in 12th floor reports smoke in the apartment by 6:56 p.m.
2-2-1 reports the fire is out, and residents are evacuating.
2-2-1 (274) reports the fire was in the basement .
Occupant(s) on 12th floor accounted for by 7:08 p.m.
Elevators back in service and all residents were allowed back to their units
