Female, age 87, transported to Lutheran General Hospital and transferred to Loyola University Medical Center Burn Unit, where she died at 8:38 p.m. Friday.
Victim suffered first- to third-degree burns to 70 percent of her body.

Witness(es) report the driver of an SUV attempted to pass a semi-trailer truck near Plaza 43 on the interchange from NB I-294 to WB I-80. After passing the truck on the right, the SUV hit a Tollway Plaza 43 wall and hit a different truck.
Female passenger in SUV was killed. Driver of the SUV was injured. No other injuries reported.
