Outbound trains have been cleared to proceed past Cicero intermittently. Outbound trains will proceed through the coach yard at Cicero, once they clear the scene of the incident they will continue on the main tracks. Trains may be operating approximately 60 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes behind schedule due to train #1275 striking a pedestrian.
