Report of a person in the water at Eleanor and Loomis -- reported by a civilian.

Police on scene report a body washed ashore.

BC4 reports incident is two blocks west of Loomis on Eleanor.

Then 2-2-1 reports incident is two blocks north of Loomis on Eleanor -- body, right on the shoreline, is decomposing, operations will be a recovery.

Holding up Helicopter 6-8-1 by 2:29 p.m. -- Fireboat E2 and divers held up too.

Police taking over scene.
