Crash involving two vehicles with injuries. Off-duty police officer, nurse and doctor on scene reporting CPR underway on one motorist.

Report of possible medical issue before the crash.

BC2 report a crash on the entrance ramp from Biesterfield Road to SB I-290/IL-53 with a light pole down on the ramp.

Q7 blocking the ramp, and command requests Elk Grove Village police to block the ramp.

Second ambulance requested at 6:59 a.m. -- A10 assigned.

A7 transported one patient Basic Light Support to Alexian Brother Medical Center.

A10 transported one Advanced Life Support in cardiac arrest to Alexian Brothers Medical Center.
