Report of a boat crash with people in the water. Caller reports they can see a boat crash and victims are screaming for help on the northwest part of the lake.
Antioch requesting a Quad 2 water rescue response for all divers and boats to respond to a report of a boat crash on the northwest side of Channel Lake west of 25641 West North Ave.
BC21 reports a boat is flashing a distress signal and Boat 211 is in the water and enroute by 9:08 p.m.
Any units responding and not on scene were returned by 9:14 p.m.
