E7 crew on arrival reports two cars with extension damage.

E7 requests a MABAS EMS Box by 5:04 p.m. with M7 taking medical control.

Assistant 6 reports police shut down traffic in both directions.

Assistant 6 reports companies will be working for awhile.

Command reports four patients heavily entrapped with some serious injuries.

Report of a boy hit by a vehicle.

Boy, age 13, transported to St. Alexius Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 8:31 p.m.

Ronald Guidry was crossing Irving Park Road near Sunnydale Boulevard west of McKool Avenue about 7:40 p.m. when he was struck by a Chevrolet Suburban heading eastbound on Irving Park Road. The driver of the Chevy Suburban was a 58-year-old man.

No other injuries were reported.
