    BC2 reports a 4-inch line is ruptured, and companies are beginning metering by 3:44 pm.

    BC2 requests a Level II Hazmat by 4:00 pm.

    2-2-1 shuts down El Train tracks by 4:03 pm.

    Crew on arrival reports leak from a 4-inch gas main.

    Red Line subway trains are rerouted to the elevated tracks between Fullerton and Cermak-Chinatown.

    Cordoning off Roosevelt Rd to 9th St AND Clark to Michigan Avenue. Also a report of cordoning off 8th St to 12th St.

    Rep from OEMC requested to the scene by 4:22 pm.

    Second standby line near the leak by 4:27 pm.

    Metering subway and building to the east of scene by 4:27 pm.

    One additional engine requested by 4:29 pm. E22 assigned.

    Level II Hazmat secured by 4:53 pm.
