MABAS Division 23 Box Alarm on Box #900 (Level 2) for a tornado disaster on orders of Chief 1 at 10:29 pm.

Address for incident map is approximate for multiple locations.

Canopy down at Shell gas station on a semi-trailer with semi-trailer down on its side at 10:23 pm.

Sterling Estates near Old Airport Rd south of Reynolds: Mobile home or trailer blown into a field south of the field with people trapped (including children). A gas leak also possible at the location by 10:25 pm.

E1 crew reports everyone is out of the trailer. Transporting one patient -- possibly two by 10:32 pm.

Odor investigation of natural gas smell at Walmart 1706 W Reynolds.
