Report of a people jumping on Lincolnwood A15 in the City of Chicago for mutual aid for an Interdivisional EMS Box Alarm. Lincolnwood A15 ambulance was not taken out of service and was active taking patients to Northwestern.

Overdose reported on the street on the median at Madison and Michigan.

Report about 12:09 p.m. of two people injured in a fall through the roof of a Television Trailer (grid location C540 -- possibly near Balbo and Columbus). Initially a report that one person was unconscious. Report of  a person with glass debris in the eye and another person with a possible broken leg in side the Cubs Rally grounds near Grant Park/Hutchinson Field.

Report of four people trampled at Chase Bank 300 South Michigan Avenue -- at Jackson Boulevard.

Report of a woman hit by a bottle on State Street.

Report of the crowd breaking car windows at Wabash Avenue and Van Buren Street.

Two people jumped into Chicago River off of Wabash Avenue Bridge and got out on their own.
