Report of an ATV crash on southbound on Ridge Rd between 135th St (Paydon Rd) and Plainfield Rd.
ATV crash with a culvert on west side of southbound lanes of Ridge Rd (asphalt path parallel to Ridge Rd).
One patient with traumatic cardiac arrest with police initiating CPR.
Female, age 9, unresponsive and not breathing and without a pulse, airlifted to Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, where she was pronounced dead at 11:49 pm..
Male adult, age 53, injured and transported to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, where he is listed in critical condition.
