Crash with motorcycle crash -- serious injuries -- White pickup truck and black Mustang on the scene.
Crash possibly in eastbound (southbound) lanes of US 12 just west (north) of Plum Grove. Motorcycle down on the median.
E4 crew on arrival reports a pickup truck with a motorcycle still on the ground at 5:45 am.
Patient en route to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge by about 6:00 am.
Eastbound (southbound) shut down, and westbound (northbound) down to one lanes.
