E81 crew reports they have a junkyard fire by 2:53 p.m.
E81 hitting with the deck gun; they're at least a block-and-a-half from a hydrant.
Inline operation and snorkel requested to reach inward to large area of burning material.
Traffic is being stopped on eastbound and westbound 106th Street. Shutting down traffic at Torrence.

Level I Hazmat requested at the scene by 3:11 p.m.
