BC6 reports a 1 1/2-story frame, 25x60, fire on the first floor, E116 has water on the fire, with a rescue of a victim from the attic and another person possibly on the first floor according to neighbors by 4:25 a.m..

Main to the roof which is being opened ground ladder on the A-Side and the B-Side, no exposure problem on the B-Side, exposure on the C and no communication to the C-Side building by 4:25 a.m.
