Initially it was reported that a westbound train hit a pedestrian, but eastbound Metra train #608 hit the pedestrian.  Reported to be Mount Prospect jurisdiction.

E61 requesting trains shut down at 6:57 a.m.

Train #608 normally has a scheduled departure from Mount Prospect at 6:44 a.m. and a scheduled arrival at Ogilvie Transportation Center at 7:17 a.m.

Crash with multiple injuries on outbound Eisenhower Expressway and Morgan St.

Actually now discovered as two separate crashes and one with a shooting victim by 2:51 pm -- according to caller. Inbound Eisenhower Expressway at Morgan Street is a shooting an crash.

Car into the median wall on inbound Ike at Morgan with a shooting.

Fire crew on arrival reports a shooting as well by 2:51 p.m.

T2 requests a total of three ambulances to the crash and shooting by 2:56 p.m.

A28 crew requests a second ambulance for inbound Ike at Morgan St by 2:57 p.m. -- A53 assigned.

One man with a GSW to the abdomen transported Code Red to Stroger.

FC451 reports the shooting/crash is about 1100 West.

A42 crew reports three vehicles at the crash scene at Damen/Paulina on outbound Ike by 3:02 p.m.

One additional patient transported to Stroger. Two patients transported to Rush.

Initially 451 reported to adult refusals and two pediatric refusals.
