Rope-assisted search with heavy smoke on the 7th floor.
Now reporting smoke on the 7th floor, but no heat; order for companies to search the 6th floor.
Order to close off the expressway as firefighters are breaking glass into expressway traffic on Congress Parkway below.
Two standpipes setting up. Primary search underway.

E74 crew on arrival reports smoke showing from a steel building 50x300 and no fire hydrants at 4:27 p.m.
BC24 reports they have a steel industrial bulding 75x400 with smoke coming from the steel truss roof. The building -- about 4-stories high -- is a former steel mill structure.
225 reports the building is a 6-story, 75x300 -- possibly 75x500
requesting a hold don the Norfolk and Southern at 4:56 p.m.
225 requests a 3-11 Alarm by 4:49 pm -- requests the spare snorkel and another Tower Ladder.
Entry point is on the east side of the river -- 106th St and Buffalo is the entrance.
Building is a collapse hazard with vehicle entry.
