Boy, age 13, transported to St. Alexius Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 8:31 p.m.

Ronald Guidry was crossing Irving Park Road near Sunnydale Boulevard west of McKool Avenue about 7:40 p.m. when he was struck by a Chevrolet Suburban heading eastbound on Irving Park Road. The driver of the Chevy Suburban was a 58-year-old man.

No other injuries were reported.

Flight For Life requested to meet the ambulance at the hospital for one of the victims.

Report of a person shot in a police-involved shooting near the CVS at Irving Park Rd and Western Ave Chicago, IL.

Police responded to a call for a disturbance with criminal damage to property in progress.

Police reported the woman threatened them with a knife and refused to drop the knife. A Taser was deployed twice with no effect.

According to police, the woman continued to advanced toward police while making threatening statements. She was shot by at least two police officers

Chicago Fire Department paramedics transported a female, age 40, Code Red to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
