Report of a house fire. Suspicious fire and one of six other suspicious fires in the Heart of Chicago neighborhood near 21st St.

E49 crew on arrival reports a 2 1/2-story frame is fully-involved, and requests a Stil and Box Alarm.

E49 reports they are out of water because they had just put out a rubbish fire on another call -- leading out by 3:36 a.m.

E103 assigned to Blue Island and Wood
