Report of a person unresponsive, trapped in a tower about 35 feet in the air.

St. Charles T101 replacing of 103 at 11:51 a.m.

202 investigating the center tower at Geneva Commons.

Command reports a man is in his aerial bucket is trapped and not breathing. The victim was also possibly trapped between the aerial bucket and the structure.

OSHA requested to the scene.

Coroner called to the scene at 12:30 p.m.

The worker's body was removed about 3:30 p.m.
