Full Hazmat toned at 4:36 a.m. RE-TONED for TECHS ONLY at 4:41 a.m.

As of 5:35 a.m. there is no information about the hazardous material or materials the train was transporting. All rail cars are tankers.

Public traffic is still open with only one lane blocked.

The Hazmat team assessed the situation and concluded there was no hazard by 5:43 a.m.
