Offending driver traveled eastbound on I-90 into the City of Chicago then flipped from east to west at Kimball. Offender came back to I-94 and traveled northbound into Lake County, traveling at high speed. At I-94 offender split to Route 41, and continued to INITIAL FIREMAPCHICAGO POST HERE:
