Crew on arrival reports nothing showing with evacuation already underway.

BC1 reports a 4-story ordinary commercial building occupied.
WIND N 9 MPH
MVU requested to the scene, and street closures in the area.
Closures east of St Clair, on Grand and southbound on Ohio -- and Illinois.
Three containers in the basement with some liquid contamination that may have created a vapor that extended throughout the entire building.
Level II Hazmat requested at 10:20 a.m.
Wind NW 3 MPH at 10:59 a.m.
Reports 5-1-1 going in with Level D protection for metering and SQD2 backing up 5-1-1 at 11:00 a.m.
E42 has a DECON line established on Side A by 11:00 a.m.
5-1-1 is out of the building with pictures and with the MSDS sheet. Building to the north and south have been metered and are OK. Building maintenance of those neighboring buildings have been advised to shut down their fresh air intake by 11:12 a.m.
