E49 crew on arrival reports they have a fire through the roof, exposure to secondary building and going defensive.

BC19 reports a 1-1/2-story frame, 25x60 -- with exposure problems -- a 2 1/2-story.

Hydrant/water problems.

The 1 1/2-story frame is fully involved.

Requesting a fourth engine and a tower ladder at 53rd and Peoria by 4:03 am -- E123 and TL39 assigned.
