Report of a house fire -- assigned to companies coming off of another house fire extinguished at 77th St and Normal that was reported about 10:24 p.m.

The fire was initially reported as 7022 S Union Ave at 11:18 p.m.

E101 crew on arrival reports a frame fully-involved by 11:20 p.m.

E54 crew on arrival reports a 1 1/2-story frame fully-involved got into the house to the south at 11:23 p.m.

BC19 reports a 1-1/2-story frame, 20x40, with a fire on the first and second floor, and two lines led out.

CV275 reports two lines on the fire by 11:38 p.m.

CV275 reports the main fire building was 7016, primary searches complete and negative in the 2 1/2-story frame, 20x40. Fire is out on the first and second floors by 11:46 p.m.

The exposure building was 7020 -- a 2 1/2-story frame and the fire is also out by 11:46 p.m..

Companies are washing down and making good progress at about 11:53 p.m.

CV275 reports three lines on the fire with one line being picked up by 12:11 a.m.

Notification to the building department for an open and dangerous building.

Requesting OFI by 12:11 a.m.

Report of a vehicle in a lake with people exiting the vehicle on their own at Versailles on the Lakes.

The vehicle was not completely submerged and no people were in the car when firefighter/paramedics and divers arrived.

One rescue diver was in the water by 8:11 p.m.

Battalion 5 held up additional divers by 8:14 p.m. as it was determined there were no people in the water or the vehicles.
Crew on arrival reports

A second ambulance was called to the scene about 8:34 p.m. to check on the driver in an apartment near the scene after police found the driver in the apartment. The number of occupants of the vehicle was not immediately known.

All divers and the crashed vehicle were out of the water by 8:52 p.m. and firefighters were planning to leave the scene in a short time period.

Report of a head-on crash involving a truck and a car with serious injuries suffered by a person in the car. Diesel spill also involved.

Crew on arrival reports the crash is about 300 yards east of Barreville Road -- one car in a ditch after a crash with a semi-trailer flatbed truck. The 18-wheeler semi-trailer truck lost its diesel tanks and is leaking diesel fuel.

Google maps layer indicates the crash is west of Barreville Rd.

One female patient extricated by 9:41 a.m.

Ambulance will meet Flight or Life at their pad at NIMC.

Cleanup service requested for at least 100 gallons of diesel spilled and an impingement of a diesel tank -- apparently a saddle tank.

Truck is seriously damaged and will require a lift for towing recovery.

Crystal Lake Fire/Rescue taking command about 9:53 a.m. as crash is in Crystal Lake jurisdiction.
