Rescue for people stuck in an elevator in a blind shaft is an active operation for about 90 minutes at 7:15 p.m.
Firefighters accessed the elevator car by 7:23 p.m. and were beginning to remove elevator passengers by 7:23 p.m.

Possibly an overheated transformer with glowing wires and smoke, Stage 1 power outage and 4 elevators out of service.

Fire under control with victim being evaluated in an ambulance by 12:35 p.m.
