REPORT OF Fire in a high-rise at Commonwealth Plaza Condominium.

BC12 reports a 25-story with heavy smoke showing by 1:48 pm.

Still and Box Alarm and an EMS Plan 1 on orders of BC12 by 1:48 pm.

Water on the fire by 2:04 pm

Securing the EMS Plan 1 at 2:17 pm on orders of 2-1-23.

Returning the helicopter and striking out the Still and Box on orders of 2-2-2.

Secondary search complete and negative, and doing final washdown by 2:24 pm.

Small fire in an apartment undergoing renovation.

No injuries, but an EMS Plan 1 was activated as is standard in a confirmed high-rise fire.
