E341 crew on arrival reports visible smoke  showing through the roof and requests an upgrade to a General Alarm -- E341 crew out investigating by 3:44 p.m.

Police report seeing smoke in the area by 3:44 p.m.

Chief 303 reports beginning a 360-degree assessment by 3:46 p.m.

E341 report they'll need a truck on the Delta division by 3:46 p.m.
