GAS INVESTIGATION UPGRADED TO HAZMAT FOR GAS LEAK -- BELIEVED TO BE NATURAL GAS AT A HIGH RISE. TWO AMBULANCES FOR PEOPLE OVERCOME BY FUMES. INVESTIGATION FINDS WORKERS OPENED SOME PIPES AND BUILDING VENTILATION PULLED UP SOME SEWER GAS. NO SIGNIFICANT GAS LEVELS ON THE SENSOR/METERS.
