E71 cew on arrival reports requests a Still and Box with people out of second floor windows.

BC9 reports A 2-story mixed occupancy, 25x100, fire through the roof on the second floor, two lines led out, three ground ladders to roof level

BC9 assigns E10 to drop a line in the rear.
