E69 crew on arrival reports a 3-story courtyard apartment with a fire on the third floor, leading out by 5:18 pm.

BC10 reports 2 lines led out to an apartment building 150x125 by 5:23 pm.

T38 Side A by 5:20 pm.

BC10 reports main to the roof by 5:24 pm.

BC10 reports ladders on Side B and Side D by 5:27 pm.

2-2-2 requests a Still and Box Alarm by 5:33 pm.

3-story building with a fire through the roof by 5:35 pm.

2-2-2 assigns TL21 to back down from the north by 5:39 pm.

Emergency evacuation of all firefighters off the roof and PAR completed an all accounted for by 5:36 pm.

Rehab Unit 5-7-2 assigned to Drake and Irving by 5:52 pm (E76).

Pulling all companies out and putting the tower ladders to work on orders of 2-1-23? by 5:59 pm.

All PARs complete by 6:04 pm.
