E49 requesting police to block pedestrians at Paulina and at Wood.

BC6 working on evacuation and requests a Level 2 hazmat because of the size of the evacuation by 9:14 am.

E116 assigned to backdown to scene from Wood St.

E49 has a standby line dropped and charged.

Students in public school to the north of the scene are evacuated north away from the scene (Seward Communication Arts Academy Elementary School)
